This trial plug-in is enables you to use Microsoft Fax/Windows Fax and Scan in conjunction with a VoIP environment. Installing and configuring this plug-in enables Microsoft Fax/Windows Fax and Scan to connect to your regular PSTN phone line via a VoIP Gateway (that supports SIP T.38) to successfully send and receive fax transmissions. In additon, when a reliable SIP T.38 connection exits between the customer premise and a provider; this plug-in may be used to connect directly to a carrier via SIP T.38.
