Microsoft Fax, which is included in the business versions of the Windows operating system, is one of the simplest and most widely-available fax clients in the industry. Until FaxBack released its certified VoIP plug in, Microsoft’s analog fax technology required users to connect to a PBX via modem. But FaxBack’s VoIP plug-in now brings Microsoft’s fax client into the VoIP realm, enabling SMB and enterprise customers to combine the simplicity of Microsoft Fax, with the cost savings of VoIP.
