FaxBack's Net SatisFAXtion Named a 2008 "Product of the Year" by TMC's Internet Telephony Magazine

FaxBack's Highly Reliable and Secure VoIP Fax Server Garners Another Industry Award

Tigard, Oregon. January 28, 2009 -- FaxBack, the leading provider of reliable VoIP fax server solutions for SMB, Enterprise and Carrier applications, today announced that its NET SatisFAXtion VoIP fax server has been named a 2008 "Product of the Year" by Technology Marketing Corporation's Internet Telephony Magazine - the VoIP authority since 1998.

The Internet Telephony Product of the Year Awards recognize the most innovative products of the previous year. TMC's editors have poured over more than 500 product submissions, which were received over the previous quarter, and have included FaxBack's NET SatisFAXtion VoIP fax server in their list of winners, due to its feature set, its reliability, and its widespread adoption amongst carriers, enterprises, and small businesses.

NET SatisFAXtion enables anyone to easily send, receive and manage faxes from their desktop through email and business applications like Microsoft Word. It integrates with leading document management systems, to facilitate HIPAA/SOX compliance, and it is easy to install, via traditional phone lines or VoIP networks, to ensure the consistent and predictable delivery of VoIP faxes.

For distributed companies with multiple locations, NET SatisFAXtion can capture inbound faxes and route them electronically to a remote user's inbox, or to a remote printer using a variety of options. NET SatisFAXtion also integrates fax machines directly to the VoIP fax server, enabling complete archiving and tracking of all fax traffic. And NET SatisFAXtion scales to an enterprise solution to support any sized business as it grows.

"We're proud to award FaxBack our Product of the Year award," said Rich Tehrani, TMC President and Editor-in-Chief of INTERNET TELEPHONY magazine. "The company has once again shown it is committed to providing the quality and the attention to detail that are the hallmarks of this honor."

A full list of Product of the Year winners will be published in the February, 2009 issue of INTERNET TELEPHONY magazine, (www.itmag.com).

"The fact that Net SatisFAXtion has won multiple industry awards helps to validate our product strategy, and our leadership in the VoIP-fax industry," said Mike Oliszewski, Co-founder and CTO for FaxBack. "We thank TMC for recognizing our accomplishments, and we thank our partners, and the many enterprise and SMB customers who rely on FaxBack to reliably deliver the cost savings, the convenience, and the productivity gains that a VoIP fax solution provides.
